This announcement provides an overview of the development support results for the 'Green Infrastructure Creation Promotion Project' that was implemented in FY2025.
○ The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is working on development support for technologies that utilize the diverse functions of the natural environment, which have not yet reached the practical stage, to promote the development of new technologies and services related to green infrastructure by private enterprises.
○ We have now announced the development support results for four projects that were supported in FY2025, as detailed in the attached document.
○ We will continue to promote the implementation of green infrastructure aimed at solving social issues such as the formation of sustainable and comfortable urban and living spaces, disaster prevention and mitigation, securing biodiversity, and revitalizing the local economy.
Target Technologies
Target Technology 1: Rainwater infiltration technology related to disaster prevention and mitigation
Target Technology 2: Quantitative effect monitoring technology
Target Technology 3: Technologies related to green infrastructure other than the above
※ Proposals recognized as necessary for the practical application of new technologies will be considered for selection.
