May 11, 2023
(Joint Announcement by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
To serve as a reference for the consideration of adding and reviewing specific procurement items, we will conduct a call for proposals regarding specific procurement items (public works) starting from May 11, 2023.
○ Overview of the Call for Proposals
Based on the “Law on Promoting Procurement of Environmentally Friendly Goods by National and Local Governments” (Green Purchasing Law) and the “Basic Policy on Promoting Procurement of Environmentally Friendly Goods” (Basic Policy), we regularly review the specific procurement items and their criteria every year.
This year, we will also consider adding and reviewing specific procurement items, and to facilitate this, we will conduct a call for proposals regarding specific procurement items (public works) from May 11, 2023 (Monday) to June 11, 2023 (Thursday).
In this year's call for proposals, we will actively seek proposals that are particularly beneficial for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting resource circulation.
