We are supporting leading projects that introduce pioneering technologies related to energy conservation and lifecycle carbon reduction in residential and building construction.
1) Application Categories
・General Category (Non-residential, Multi-family Housing, Single-family Housing)
・Small and Medium-sized Building Category (Non-residential)
2) Main Project Requirements
・Pioneering technologies that contribute to energy conservation, lifecycle carbon reduction, health, and disaster resilience must be introduced.
・For new construction, renovation, or expansion of large buildings (2,000 sqm or more), a lifecycle carbon assessment must be conducted (results to be reported to the government), etc.
3) Application Period
・From May 11, 2026 (Monday) to June 22, 2026 (Monday)
4) Application Method and Selection

・Proposals will be evaluated by a committee composed of third-party experts, and selected projects are expected to be announced around mid-October.
