The 'Excellent Companies in Construction Human Resource Development Award' recognizes companies and organizations that are working to secure and develop human resources in the construction industry. Nominations will be accepted from today until July 31.
1. Overview of the 'Excellent Companies in Construction Human Resource Development Award'
The 'Excellent Companies in Construction Human Resource Development Award' (organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Construction Industry Human Resource Securing and Development Promotion Council (secretariat: Construction Industry Promotion Fund)) aims to recognize companies and organizations that have made significant contributions to securing and developing human resources in the construction industry. This includes utilizing the Construction Career Advancement System (CCUS), raising salaries based on skills and experience, planned human resource development, promoting the entry and retention of young people and women, and creating an environment that enables these efforts.
This time, we are starting the 5th call for nominations, and the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award, the Director-General of the Real Estate and Construction Economic Bureau Award, and the Excellence Award are scheduled to be decided around November.
2. Eligibility for Nomination
Companies and organizations that are working to secure and develop human resources in the construction industry (must be registered as CCUS operators).

3. Nomination Period and Future Schedule (Tentative)
May 11, 2023 (Monday) - Nominations Open
July 31, 2023 (Friday) - Nominations Close
November (Tentative) - Award Ceremony [Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award]
